Clarion Hotel Bergen Airport is one of the largest conference hotels in Norway, with an impressive 1600 m2 of conference facilities. Every day, we can accommodate more than 1,200 conference participants in our 17 meeting rooms. The conference rooms are designed to meet the needs of the future: large window sections, high ceilings, ultra-modern technical equipment and a staff who add new meaning to the concept of service – first class all the way!

Feel The Music Check out our multi purpose hall Feel The Music with its 552 square meters and a capacity of 700 people. The rooms has natural daylight and fresh ventilation system, the ceiling height is 5,5 meters and there are no disturbing poles. Needless to say, we offer rigging staff, light and sound systems for all kinds of meetings.

Lyrics For the guests who are looking for a meeting room with an extra touch, we recommend the superb boardroom, Lyrics, at our top floor. Lighten up the fire place, make yourself a fresh espresso coffee and sit down in comfy and stylish meeting room chairs. We like to surprise!

And if you would like to invite the participants at your conference to a social event in the evening, we can arrange all kinds of entertainment. The location of the hotel makes transport to and from the conference both quick and simple. When you land in Bergen, you can walk right into the hotel – so there is no need to wait around for a taxi or airport shuttle!
